Day Do-Something.

Elizabeth Gilbert wrote in-depth about her darkest moments before she chucked it all, including her husband, and head to Europe and Asia. As the shades drew tightly down over her heart and her view of the world, she decided the only reprieve might be to offer good thoughts to all strangers she encountered on the street. So, while her heart was shuttering, covering over in darkness, she did her best to at the very least, wish the stranger on the subway next to her, love… light… peace.

Apparently it helped.
